The Haryana government has challenged the order of the Punjab and Haryana High Court regarding the opening of the Shambhu border in the Supreme Court. The government's petition will be heard in the Supreme Court today. Meanwhile, the names of prominent persons will be placed in the court by both the Punjab and Haryana governments to form an independent committee, which will work for the solution of this matter. The court had given these orders in the previous hearing.It was also clarified that if they cannot do this, then this work can also be left to the court. Along with this, the Supreme Court had said that there should not be any untoward incident on the border. Therefore, the status quo should be maintained at the border. The Supreme Court had asked to submit a plan to remove the barricades.
