The Supreme Court on Friday asked the Punjab and Haryana governments to form an independent committee and suggest the names of some neutral persons to contact the farmers protesting on the Shambhu border regarding MSP and other demands. The court also said that no one should disturb the situation. Do not disturb the situation at Shambhu border. The Supreme Court said that in a democratic system people have the right to complain and it wants a good start of dialogue involving all parties. The Supreme Court is hearing the Haryana government's petition challenging the order of the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The High Court had asked the state government to remove the barricade at Shambhu border near Ambala within a week. Protesting farmers have been camping on the border since February 13.
