Desh Bhagat University Celebrates Anesthesia Day with Educational Events and Community Engagement

 

The department of Paramedical Sciences of Desh Bhagat University proudly celebrated Anesthesia Day highlighting the vital role anesthesiology plays in modern medicine. The event featured a series of educational workshops, demonstrations, and guest lectures designed to engage students, faculty, and the community in the importance of anesthesia in surgical procedures and patient care.The resource person for the day was Deepanshu Sharma (Faculty of Allied Health Sciences). He focused on Providing & Creating the Knowledge about various Hospital Facilities Such as OPD’s, IPD’s, ICU’s, Medications etc. All undergraduate students of paramedical sciences participated in the event. Thereafter Dr. Atul Khajuria started the event by welcoming the chief guest Dr. Zora Singh, Chancellor, Dr Tajinder Kaur Pro-Chancellor and Dr Virinder Singh Advisor to Chancellor Guest of honors of Desh Bhagat University and addressing him with an enormous phrase of words. "We are thrilled to raise awareness about the significant contributions of anesthesiologists," said Dr Zora Singh, Chancellor. "This event fosters learning and encourages students to explore careers in this essential field."
