Rotary Club Sirhind marked the installation of its newly elected President, Rtn. Dr. Hitender Suri, with an innovative and heartfelt celebration, combining the Installation Ceremony with the unique and progressive "Daughters Lohri" event at Rana Heritage, Sirhind. The occasion was a perfect blend of tradition and modern values, as the installation of Dr. Suri was celebrated in the most unique way by honoring daughters and promoting equality and empowerment. Families with newborn daughters were invited to celebrate their first Lohri, symbolizing a future filled with joy and hope. The ceremony was organized under the supervision of President Rtn. Dr. Hitender Suri, Secretary Rtn. Vineet Sharma, and Treasurer Rtn. Sunil Bector. Esteemed guests and Rotary Club members, including Rtn. Rajvir Singh Grewal (Assistant Governor), PP Pardeep Malhotra, PP Kamal Gupta, PP Davinder Verma, PP Dinesh Verma, PP Rajesh Chopra, and Rtn. Baldev Singh Thaman, graced the event with their presence.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Hitender Suri expressed his gratitude to the members of Rotary Club Sirhind for entrusting him with this responsibility and for supporting his vision to celebrate daughters in a meaningful way.
