Mohali, September 17
Buying residential, commercial and industrial space in Mohali will now become more expensive as the district administration has hiked collector rates by 26 to 50 percent for 2024-25.
According to District Revenue Officer Aman Chawla, the increase in collector rates has been implemented from September 16.
Earlier, the collector rate was increased by 35 percent in 2021. Then in 2022 it was increased from 42 to 76 percent.
