The Training and Placement Department of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College (BBSBEC) organized an industrial visit for B.Tech Mechanical Engineering students to New Swan Enterprises, Ludhiana, on 25 September 2024. The students toured the company's advanced manufacturing facilities, gaining practical exposure to industrial processes, including production and quality control.
Dr. Lakhvir Singh, Principal of BBSBEC, highlighted the importance of such visits in providing students with insights into modern technologies and industry practices, essential for their professional growth. He appreciated the efforts put in by the TPO cell and Department of Mechanical Engineering for successfully organizing the visit.The college aims to further strengthen ties with New Swan Enterprises for future internships and placement opportunities. Dr. Nitin Singla and Dr. Arishu Kaushik accompany the students for this visit.
