RIMT University, Mandi Gobindgarh, and Windham Hotel, Mohali, have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance students' practical skills and industrial exposure. According to the university spokesperson, this agreement aims to foster industrial training and placement opportunities through their industrial partnerships. Ashish Bali, Associate Director, Rimt School of Hospitality Management, signed the MOU, while Gagan, HR Manager, Hotel Windham, signed on behalf of the hotel. The purpose of the agreement is to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world applications, preparing students for successful careers in the hospitality industry.During the signing ceremony, both parties discussed providing practical training for RIMT University students to better equip them for careers in the hospitality industry. The agreement will provide future industrial training and placement opportunities. This partnership marks a significant step in enhancing the employability of RIMT University students in the hospitality sector.
