Rotary Club Sirhind Organizes Seminar on Women’s Health Screening and Personal Hygiene

Under the chairmanship of Dr. Deepika Suri, Rotary Club Sirhind successfully organized a seminar focusing on Health Screening for Women above 25 years old and the Importance of Personal Hygiene in Women. The event was held to raise awareness about the significance of early health check-ups and maintaining hygiene to prevent illnesses and promote a healthy lifestyle among women. Dr. Manpreet Sandhu, a distinguished medical professional, graced the occasion as the Guest Speaker. During the seminar, she emphasized the need for regular health screenings, such as Pap smears, mammograms, and general wellness checks, as essential tools for the early detection and management of diseases. She also highlighted the importance of maintaining personal hygiene as a cornerstone of women’s overall well-being, sharing practical tips and guidance to incorporate hygiene practices into daily routines.The project was meticulously coordinated by Pooja Bither and Rajni Verma, who played pivotal roles in ensuring the event's success. Several members of Rotary Club Sirhind actively participated in the seminar, including Seema Bector, Monika Sharma, Dr. Divya Dhillon, Dr. Navdeep Sandhu, Drishti, Ranju Chopra, Ranjana Verma, Sunita Verma, Jyoti Dhingra, and Babanpreet Kaur, making the event a meaningful and collaborative effort.
