Two farmers who were returning from a sit-in at Shambhu border near Bhadla bridge on the national highway at Khanna met with a horrific road accident in which one farmer Sukhwinder Singh resident of Rangar Nangal, Gurdaspur died and the other Baljit Singh Gambhir. Injured, who is undergoing treatment at Khanna Civil Hospital. This information was given by Kisan Mazdoor Sanghras Committee Punjab Senior Vice President Harvinder Singh. He said that these farmers were going back after holding a protest for 10 days, when the truck going ahead suddenly braked, due to which they became victims of the accident.
