Desh Bhagat University dedicated a new Mahatma Buddha Meditation Center for the betterment of students

Desh Bhagat University inaugurated its new Mahatma Buddha Meditation Center, a peaceful haven for students, faculty and staff to develop peace of mind and inner peace.The Mahatma Buddha Meditation Center near the Vice Chancellor's Office was formally inaugurated in which Dr. Zora Singh Chancellor, Dr. Tajinder Kaur Pro. Chancellor, Dr. Abhijit Joshi Vice Chancellor and Advisor to Chancellor Dr. Virinder Singh blessed positivity and peace. The purpose of this dedicated center is to improve the mental and spiritual health and academic success of the university family. Speaking on the occasion Dr. Zora Singh Chancellor said, "The meditation center (Dhyan Kendra) is a symbol of our commitment to overall well-being and student success." "Our aim is to empower our community with peace of mind practices while promoting a culture of peace of mind, clarity and compassion." Dr. Tajinder Kaur Pro-Chancellor said the meditation center offers guided sessions, workshops and resources for stress management, self-care and personal development. On this occasion Prof. Ajaypal Singh Shekhawat conducted the chanting and stage management.
On this occasion Dr. Davinder Kumar, Director, Department of Social Sciences and Languages, Dr. Pyare Lal Director Library Science, Dr. Dharminder Singh, Dr. Renu Sharma, Dr. Jyoti Sharma, Dr. Arvinder Kaur and other employees were also present.
