Chancellor Dr. Zora Singh honored with lifetime achievement award by Mexican ambassador

An interactive academic session was organized jointly by the Desh Bhagat University and the Movastacon Foundation for the DBU students with Chief Guest H.E. Federico Salas Lotfe, Mexican Ambassador to India along with other dignitaries such as Dr. Zora Singh, Chancellor DBU; Dr. Tajinder kaur Pro chancellor, Dr. Virinder Singh advisor to chancellor, Dr. Harsh Sadawart Vice President DBU, Mohit Srivastava, Founder President, Movastacon Foundation;  Adv. Praveen Singh, Vice Chairman of the Punjab Medium Industry Development Board and other officials from the Desh Bhagat University. During the session, Mexican Ambassador, Excellency Federico Salas remarked about the India Mexico relations and the role which Punjab can play in enhancing business and academic ties. Ambassador Salas further added, "Punjab is well known for best Agricultural practices and high potential of Industrial growth which is certainly key concerns for Mexico as well. I am sure this understanding would further grow with positive effort by friendly institutions such as Movastacon Foundation and Desh Bhagat University". Considering the high demand for academic exchanges the Mexican Envoy invited DBU Chancellor to further strengthen bonding with Mexican Universities to which DBU Chancellor, Dr. Zora Singh remarked, "Since last year we are very particular about our international connectivity outreach and we have our presences in Saint Vincent, Mexico, UAE, America and growing. Furthermore, I want more and more Mexican students to learn from Desh Bhagat University". Last year Desh Bhagat University official Arun Malik visited Mexico along with the Foundation President of Movastacon Foundation Mohit Srivastava to highlight this, Srivastava said, "Our visit to Mexico last year has already resulted in signing key understanding in Mexico and furthermore we are keen to enhance our cooperation with this Latin American country especially in the field of Latin studies, business connectivity, academic exchanges and policy recommendations".
Movastacon Foundation's principal forum 'Center for Harnessing Alliances in International Relations (CHAIR) is continuously on the forefront to organize more and more programs to promote Mexican understandings in India and to further elaborate cooperation with the strategic policy framework.To a great good, Desh Bhagat University announced  a scholarship program for 100 meritorious Mexican students along with Himalaya Club Trust and Movastacon Foundation and presented the draft to the Mexican Ambassador Federico Salas.Movastacon Foundation also announced the Highest Movastacon honor upon the Mexican Ambassador,. Federico Salas for his exemplary dedication and contribution in the field of diplomacy and Lifetime Achievement Award upon Dr. Zora Singh, DBU Chancellor for extraordinary contribution in the field of Education and international academia. The program highlighted students' interaction with the Chief Guest Ambassador Salas and other dignitaries and the Ambassador did an exploration of the DBU campus.
