Chandigarh, July 17
DGP Punjab Police tweeted that in a major success against organized crime, Anti-Gangster Task Force Punjab has arrested Lawrence Bishnoi and 3 associates of US-based Goldie Brar gang in a joint operation with Rajasthan Police and Bathinda District Police. He said that the accused have a criminal history and were assigned the task of targeting rival gang members by foreign handlers. Along with this, 2 pistols and 6 live cartridges have been recovered from them. He further said that an FIR has been filed against them under the Arms Act. A case has been registered and further investigation is underway, which is expected to reveal more.
