The commencement of the orientation program for Batch 2024 at Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College (BBSBEC) was marked with fervour and enthusiasm. Principal Dr. Lakvir Singh welcome the students and their parents and congratulate the students for taking admission in the college thereafter he underscored the historical significance of Fatehgarh Sahib and introduced the incoming students to the esteemed academic legacy of BBSBEC. Dr. Amritbir Singh provided insights into the academic framework awaiting the freshmen throughout their engineering journey. The program, meticulously organized by Prof. Bikramjeet, Dr. Sarbjeet Kaur, Dr. Jasteen Kaur, Prof. Amarjeet Singh, Prof. Gagandeep Singh, and faculty from various departments, aimed to acquaint students with the college's vibrant academic culture. Parents and students alike radiated enthusiasm on the inaugural day. Noteworthy alumnus Mubarak Sandhu, celebrated for his success as an entrepreneur, writer and anchor, reminisced about his formative years at BBSBEC. He engaged the audience in discussions about learning opportunities and entrepreneurship during undergraduate studies.The photography and video coverage of function was meticulously planned by Prof. Palwinder Singh.The event garnered attention from press and media personnel, highlighting the significance of the occasion.
