Rotary Club Sirhind Launches “Green Hands” Tree Plantation Project

In a significant step towards environmental conservation, Rotary Club Sirhind has inaugurated its latest initiative, “Green Hands,” a tree plantation project. The project aims to enhance green cover and promote ecological balance in the region.The project is spearheaded by Chairmen Shekhar Bither and Satpal Garg. The club’s president, Dr. Hitender Suri, along with Secretary Vineet Sharma and Treasurer Suneel Bector, were also present to support the initiative. Esteemed members Pradeep Malhotra and Gopal Bimbra also joined the plantation drive, showcasing their commitment to the cause.The tree plantation took place near the local Gaushala, where several saplings were planted, contributing to the beautification and environmental health of the area. Rotary Club Sirhind remains dedicated to community service and environmental stewardship, with “Green Hands” being a testament to their ongoing efforts to foster a sustainable future.
