Master's students of Forensic Science from RIMT University, Mandi Gobindgarh, visited the Anatomy and Forensic Medicine departments of AIMSR as part of an educational tour. Organized in collaboration with Dr. Parmod Goyal, Principal and Professor of Forensic Medicine, the tour aimed to study human skeletal remains obtained through the body donation program, a unique collection in the Malwa region. Students studied bones from numerous skeletons to identify age, gender, and other vital details. They also visited the burial site and learned about bone cleaning processes. A street play marked Blood Donation Week, highlighting the importance of blood donation. The medical students' effort was inspirational and commendable. Dr. Parmod Goyal was thanked for hosting the successful tour. This tour demonstrated forensic science's purpose: uncovering facts to serve society. Today's lessons provide in-depth understanding and new perspectives, enabling students to contribute effectively to the forensic field. All medical students involved were appreciated for presenting this message effectively.
