University School of Law Launches Poster for National Moot Court Competition at Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University

The University School of Law at Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University marked a significant milestone today with the grand launch of the poster for the upcoming National Moot Court Competition by Prof. (Dr.) Pritpal Singh, Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Tejbir Singh, Registrar and Prof. (Dr.) Amita Kaushal, Head and Dean, University School of Law. At this eve, Dr. Sikander Singh, Dean Student Welfare, Dr. Hardev Singh, Head, Department of Religious Studies and Dr. Navneet Kaur, In-charge, along with faculty members of the School were also present. The launch ceremony highlighted the university's commitment to promoting legal education and fostering a competitive spirit among law students. The National Moot Court Competition is set to provide a platform for budding legal minds to hone their advocacy skills, engage in rigorous legal research, and showcase their courtroom prowess.
In his address, Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Pritpal Singh lauded the department for taking the initiative to organize this event. He emphasized the importance of moot court competitions in shaping future legal professionals and appreciated the efforts of the faculty and students in making this event a reality. Prof. (Dr.) Amita Kaushal, Head and Dean, expressed her enthusiasm for the competition, stating that it will not only enhance students' legal acumen but also strengthen their analytical and argumentative abilities. Dr. Navneet Kaur reiterated the significance of such events in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical legal skills.
The National Moot Court Competition is expected to attract participation from top law schools across the country. With meticulous planning and enthusiastic support from the administration, the Law Department is all set to host a memorable and intellectually stimulating event.
