Chandigarh, March 20

Aam Aadmi Party leader and Cabinet Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar expressed his support for the farmers and said that all these demands are related to the central government. Therefore, we must come together. He stated that the farmers' fight is with the center, but the roads in Punjab are blocked. This is halting Punjab's development and causing economic problems.

Laljit Bhullar said that blocking highways and roads in Punjab is not the solution. Our Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has also made efforts to hold discussions and find solutions. Appealing to the farmers, he said that we should not fight among ourselves as it will strengthen our adversaries.

He stated that Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has always supported the people, traders, and farmers of Punjab. "I myself am a farmer. I assure you that we stand by your every decision. I humbly request all farmer unions to come together on one platform. This is not just your fight. It is a fight for Punjab and Punjabi identity."

"I again request that all farmer unions come together as they did earlier and raise their voice unitedly to the central government, just as we did in 2020. At that time, we worked together to get the central government to repeal the black laws."

Laljit Bhullar announced that he is ready to resign from all his positions and sit in protest with the farmers because he is himself a farmer. "Before 2020, I was a member of Inderjit Singh Kot Budha Kisan Union." He added, "The farmer unions should name the place in Delhi, and I will sit in protest against the central government with them there."

Bhullar said that this issue can only be resolved if we come together and present our case to the central government in Delhi. "I assure you that I will walk with you and sit in protest. For the farmers, I am ready to leave all my positions and personal interests."
